What is Chi Nei Tsang?
Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is an ancient Chinese healing technique that uses touch therapy. It involves a gentle abdominal massage to optimize organ function, leading to physical and emotional benefits. CNT, which means “working the energy of the internal organs,” believes that unresolved emotions can affect our digestive system and overall health. This practice originated from Taoist monks who used it to cleanse and strengthen their bodies for spiritual purposes.
