Have received massages from both Charuta and Christina over the last 9 months or so and both are highly skilled, kind, and professional. Charuta is a very hands-on business owner often emailing to check in, which I appreciate. Love being able to do online scheduling! I can't say enough about the team here.  Charuta is a great example of a business owner that is constantly looking for ways to improve her business and better serve her customers.  I have had massages consistently, for multiple years by both Charuta and Christina.  I don't get massage to relax but rather to help with long time injuries. I" have been seeing Amber Lee with Self Transformations for about 4 months now.  I have had more healing in these months than I have had with seeing a few other chiropractors and massage places for 8 years.  Amber is using techniques she has just learned and every time she returns from a learning session, she uses these  techniques, I am always surprised when she ask's me; "does it still hurt?"  I seem to alway's say, "I can't  believe it, there's no more pain.  The entire staff at Self Transformations is absolutely accommodating and kind.  Thanks again for all your hard work and care. I went for a massage. The front entrance was very peaceful and calming. I felt like I could relax right away. I have a physical job and get massage regularly to keep m functioning well at my work.

Highly recommended. I had an amazing session with Amber that made me feel more positive than most massages I’ve had in the past. The massage was very unique and focused on my internal as well as external. Communication is excellent and the place is quiet and clean. My right side, knee, hip and lower back was not working and panic was sneaking up on me. No appointments available anywhere. Then I got a call from Charuta that she had a cancellation! Yes! I am so thankful that I got to see her because she found the spot to release the tension on my right side. She told me that my right side was scrunched up and my left side was elongated. No wonder I was in pain. She also told me: I can tell that you drink a lot of water and very little alcohol because your skin is very supple. (HaHa) Check and check! Charuta is a fascinating super human in my eyes, with a heart of gold.

I had the most nourishing 90 minute deep massage with Christina that I’ve had in years! And I highly recommend choosing the addition of layering highest quality Wisdom of the Earth essential oils to deepen your experience! Under Christina‘s capable hands, I felt my muscles melt and the essential oils helped my nervous system to finally settle.
