Professional Wellness Room Rentals
Room rentals are available per hour or per project in 2025/2026.
Part-time shared, consistent weekly rentals (1-2 days per week) are available depending on the day and are most appropriate for hands-on healers. Please inquire for details.
Current availability
- One or two rooms are available part-time, up to two full or half days per week, per month
- Prices vary depending on time needed and duration of sublease contract. Rooms are approximately 12 feet by 9 feet or 108 square feet. Reference check required.
- There is one larger room, approximately 15 by 12 that can be used sometimes on weekends for larger workshops, couples massage, or yoga privates

Part-Time Monthly Rentals
Ideal for:
- Those who are actively building or who wish to only work part-time indefinitely.
- Those who are okay with sharing their room part-time with another practitioner or two.
- Those who wish to have an all-included price with all the amenities of a fully functional practice.
This room is available 1 to 2 days/evenings per week or possibly by the hour.
Full-Time Monthly Rentals
- Practitioners who desire to grow into or who already have a full-time, thriving practice.
- Practitioners who need a full-time space and who like to work with other like-minded professionals in the same building.
There is currently no availability for full-time space with us, please check back in June of 2026.
Pricing
Part-Time Rentals
Fully Furnished – all expenses & amenities included
$25 per hour – References required but no longer term sublease needed.
Ideal for practitioners who only need the room occasionally per month (2 – 5 hours per month) and who wish to “pop in” any day/evening the room is available.
$75 – $140 per month – 6 to 12 month sublease agreement & references required.
This option is for practitioners who need a treatment room one or two consistent half days per week, per month. The cost is $75 per half day for the entire month, (i.e. every Tuesday afternoon) or $140 for two half days per week, per month.
$125 -$240 per month – 6 to 12 month sublease agreement & references required.
Ideal for practitioners who need a dedicated entire day or two each and every week.
Full-Time Rentals
$750 – 850 per month – all amenities included
A dedicated space for practitioners looking to grow with a group of highly-skilled, caring colleagues.
We have no full time rentals available at this time, please check back in Spring of 2026.
