Medical Massage / Insurance Coverage
- We are able to bill your auto insurance if you were in a recent car accident and have PIP (Personal Injury Protection)
- We are also able to bill in most workman’s comp. injuries. Please inquire if this applies to you.
- We will need a referral for massage from either a Doctor or a Chiropractor as well as other billing information before we can proceed
Important New Client & Package Information
- All new massage clients will be emailed an online intake form to fill out prior to their scheduled appointment. We will not sell or share this personal information but we will use it to tailor the massage experience and save it in our HIPPA compliant software
- Share your package with one family member or friend
- Therapeutic packages are good for 12 months from the purchase date
- No refunds will be given for packages, but you can “gift your package” to one loved one, one time only, if you are no longer able to use it
- Payment plans, hardship, veteran, student & senior credits will be considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire about these if you are truly experiencing a hardship. We can set up a monthly payment plan to support regular, monthly or semi-monthly sessions for those in need
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, the following policies are honored:
48-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
If you are unable to give 48-hours advance notice you will be charged 60% of your service fee. No-shows/no-calls will incur a 100% service charge.
In order to ensure the health of our clinic and to pay our therapists for their time, we have no exception to this policy. We will charge your card on file (or equivalent coupon or gift certificate). We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a massage session.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session cost.
Out of respect and consideration to ourselves and our other clients’ whose appointments follow yours, please plan accordingly and be on time.
At Your Location
Enjoy a massage in your home or office! Available with a minimum of 2 hours worth of massage for an additional one-time travel & set up fee of $50. We are sorry, but no first-time client discounts apply for in-home massages.
Give the Gift of Massage
Choose either a specific service or dollar amount of your choice. Your choice of physical gift card available for local pickup; or choose from a variety of digital designs & deliver electronically.
Bodywork Training
We have customized training by expert Massage Therapists for both professional bodyworkers who wish to advance their skillset and those who simply want to help a loved one get out of pain. These trainings are fun, accessible, and awesome!
