Kristin Adams

Kristin Adams has been a licensed massage therapist since 2011, after graduating from the Denver School of Massage Therapy. She began her career in women’s health, focusing on structural integration to support pelvic floor dysfunction and pain related to childbearing. This early work shaped her ongoing interest in helping the body reorganize after injury, stress, and trauma.

Her practice later expanded to include workers’ compensation injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and post-surgical recovery. Kristin is certified in lymphatic drainage therapy using the Vodder Technique, with a focus on post-operative and oncology support.

Kristin has worked extensively with children and adults with disabilities, leading her to train in craniosacral therapy (including pediatric work) and the MNRI® Method (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration). MNRI is a gentle, clothed therapy that supports the reintegration of primary reflexes impacted by physical or emotional trauma, and is especially supportive for individuals with limited mobility, autism, or ADHD.

She is also certified in intra-oral work for TMJ, migraines, and chronic head and neck pain. Today, Kristin integrates these modalities to support whole-body health, long-term wellbeing, and greater ease in movement. Her sessions are guided by attentive listening, adaptability, and a deep respect for each client’s unique process.
